Uttar Pradesh tops in country in construction of Amrit Sarovars

Lucknow: With construction of a total of 8462 Amrit Sarovars (lakes), Uttar Pradesh has topped among states in the implementation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambitious mission, which is aimed at conserving water for the future. Madhya Pradesh is ranked second, Jammu and Kashmir third, Rajasthan fourth and Tamil Nadu fifth in the implementation of Mission Amrit Sarovar. -8462 Amrit Sarovars developed in UP under Mission Amrit Sarovar -Number of lakes constructed in UP is twice the collective number in MP, J&K, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu -Highest number of lakes constructed in Lakhimpur Kheri within UP Within Uttar Pradesh, Lakhimpur Kheri has secured first position by constructing 256 Amrit Sarovars in the state, while Gorakhpur and Pratapgarh have got second and third positions respectively with 244 and 231 lakes. The Director of Rural Development Department GS Priyadarshi said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as many as 15497 Amrit Sarovars were identified in different village panchayats of which 8462 have already been developed, which is almost twice the total number of Amrit Sarovars developed collectively in MP, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu. According to Priyadarshi, in Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu, 1668, 1458, 898 and 818 Amrit Sarovars have been developed respectively so far. Besides, construction of 3705 Amrit Sarovars is underway in MP, 406 in Jammu and Kashmir, 2385 in Rajasthan and and 763 in Tamil Nadu. Altogether 15497 Amrit Sarovars in Uttar Pradesh, 5994 in MP, 3699 in Jammu and Kashmir, 5097 in Rajasthan and 3765 in Tamil Nadu have been identified for development under the mission. 1.20 lakh Amrit Sarovars to be developed in UP Uttar Pradesh is the only state in the country where the development work of Amrit Sarovar, is going on war footing. In all 1.20 lakh Amrit Sarovars will be developed in the state, which is the highest in the country. In Lakhimpur Kheri, work on 256 Amrit Sarovars out of 315 has been completed whereas construction of 25 is underway. Similarly, construction of 244 out 312 Amrit Sarovars has been completed Gorakhpur while work is going on 18. Moreover, construction of 231 lakes out of 282 has been completed in Pratapgarh and work is underway on the rest. 7500 Amrit Sarovars developed under Amrit Mahotsav of Independence Director of Rural Development GS Priyadarshi said that in the first phase of the mission under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, a target was set to develop 75 Amrit Sarovar in 75 districts of the state, which was completed ahead of schedule. The Yogi Government also seeks to develop at least 2 Amrit Sarovars in 58 gram panchayats (approximately 1.20 lakh) in the second phase. The Government has developed 7500 Amrit Sarovars under Amrit Mahotsava of Independence. It is noteworthy that the the large scale coinstruction of Amrit Sarovars is also providing employment to a sizeable section of the rural population in Uttar Pradesh. It has solved the irrigation problem of farmers and also increased their income. Apart from this, villagers are increasing their income by doing fish farming in Amrit Sarovar.

UP tops in milk production in India; witnesses rapid growth with increasing investment

Lucknow, If India tops in dairy production in the world, Uttar Pradesh leads in its production within the country. Having been witnessing rapid development in the sector in the country, Uttar Pradesh contributes around 16.6 % to the total milk production in the country, followed by Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh Driven by the vision of the Prime Minister, the state government has taken multiple steps for the betterment of the dairy sector resulting in an increase in milk production by almost 10% in the last five years. -Receives investment proposals worth Rs 482 crore in GBC 3 -UP produced 1,556.763 LMT of milk in last five years of Yogi govt -Dairy Sector will play a pivotal role in employment & income generation Dr. Indramani, Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, informed, “Milk production in UP was 290.517 lakh metric tonnes in 2017-18, which increased to 328.821 lakh metric tonnes in 2021-22. The state has produced 1,556.763 lakh metric tonnes of milk in the last five years of CM Yogi Aditynath’s government. It is noteworthy that India is globally the largest producer of milk, with a production of around 210 million tonnes. UP receives investment proposals worth Rs 482 cr in dairy sector The third ground-breaking ceremony (GBC-3) held in June this year brought investment proposals worth Rs 482 crore in the dairy sector in UP. The proposals will go a long way in augmenting the income of farmers in the state. This includes Duss Bareilly project of Rs 80.3 crore in Bareilly, Creamy Foods Limited worth Rs 60 crore in Bulandshahr, CP Milk and Food Products Private Limited of Rs 118 crore in Gorakhpur, and 2 projects — CP Milk and Food Products Private Limited worth Rs 100 crore and DUSS Lucknow worth Rs 124 crore in state capital Lucknow. It may be recalled that Uttar Pradesh’s first-ever dairy policy was formulated and implemented in 2018 on the initiative of CM Yogi. The policy focuses on seeking investment for setting up milk processing plants in the organised sector. With the aim of doubling farmers’ income from dairying, the Yogi-led government in UP is working tirelessly to ensure utmost priority is extended to dairy development in the state. The cooperative system is aimed to provide employment and services in society with the participation of workers and markets. This sector plays an important role in achieving food security, reducing poverty, generating employment opportunities for women, and providing a regular source of income for rural households. It may be noted that crop production employs the rural workforce for 90 to 120 days, but dairy provides alternative employment opportunities throughout the 365 days of the year. Strengthening cooperative milk business across areas where agriculture is less practiced, will help generate alternative employment opportunities, especially for women and economically disadvantaged communities. Women empowerment through ‘White Revolution’ Balinee Milk Producer Company Limited, set up in 2019 and with 40,000 members of 950 self-help groups, has been transforming the lives of rural women in over 800 villages in six districts— Banda, Chitrakoot, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Jhansi and Lalitpur—in the Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh. Preparations are underway to connect the Mahoba district with the scheme. ‘Balinee’ has done a business of Rs 314 crore till August 2022 and earned a gross profit of 17.94 crore. At present, over 1,32,000 liters of milk is being collected per day through 675 milk collection centres connecting 839 villages. The company is funded by the National Livelihood Mission and the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission. It was inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in December, 2019. मुख्यमंत्री ने लखनऊ में लेवाना होटल में लगी आग का लिया संज्ञान

लखनऊ | राजधानी लखनऊ के होटल लेवाना में सोमवार सुबह भीषण आग लग गई. इस हादसे में अब तक चार लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. वहीं 9 घायल लोगों का इलाज सिविल अस्पताल के बर्न यूनिट में चल रहा है. कई लोगों के होटल के अंदर फंसे होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है. होटल में आग से इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया. दमकल की कई गाड़ियां मौके पर पहुंचकर आग पर काबू पाने की कोशिश में जुटी हैं. यह होटल शहर के वीआईपी इलाके हजरतगंज में स्थित है. होटल के बाहर एक प्रत्यक्षदर्शी ने कहा कि अंदर अभी भी 20 से अधिक लोगों के फंसे होने की आशंका है. फायर ब्रिगेड की 15-20 गाड़ियां मौके पर आग बुझाने के काम में लगी हुई हैं. अभी यह पता नहीं चल पाया है कि आग कैसे लगी. बताया जा रहा है कि हादसे की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस और जिले के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंच गए हैं. दमकल की टीमें आग पर काबू पाने की कोशिशों में लगी हैं. आग लगने के कारणों का फिलहाल पता नहीं चल सका है. शुरुआती तौर पर शॉर्ट सर्किट को आग लगने की वजह बताई जा रही है. मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है. बताया जा रहा है कि होटल के स्टाफ ने तुरंत दमकल विभाग को इस बारे में जानकारी दी. फिलहाल आग लगने के कारणों का पता लगाया जा रहा है. जांच की जा रही है कि आखिर किन कारणों से आग इतनी भड़क गई. जांच के बाद ही मामले की तस्वीर साफ हो पाएगी. उधर, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने लखनऊ के लेवाना होटल में लगी आग का संज्ञान लिया. मुख्यमंत्री ने जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को घायलों का समुचित उपचार कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं. इसके साथ ही जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को मौके पर तत्काल पहुंचने और राहत- बचाव कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए है. यूपी के डिप्टी सीएम ब्रजेश पाठक ने लेवाना होटल अग्निकांड पर बयान दिया है. उन्होंने कहा है कि ये घटना कैसे हुई है, इसकी जांच होगी.

सीएम योगी करेंगे यूपी के पहले फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स का शिलान्यास

आगरा। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जल्द ही ताजनगरी को फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स का तोहफा देने वाले हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में पहली बार फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री बनाई जा रही है। आगरा के फाउंड्री नगर में बनने वाली यह फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स करीब 125 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से बनकर तैयार होगा। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ शारदीय नवरात्र में इस फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स का शिलान्यास करेंगे। यहां एक ही छत के नीचे 200 उद्यमी अपनी फैक्ट्रियां लगा सकेंगे। – आगरा के फाउंड्री नगर में बनेगा बहुमंजिला फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स -नवरात्र में मुख्यमंत्री देंगे शहर के उद्यमियों को अनोखी सौगात -करीब 125 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से बनकर तैयार होगा कॉम्प्लेक्स -एक ही छत के नीचे 200 उद्यमी स्थापित कर सकेंगे अपनी फैक्ट्रियां 21500 वर्ग मीटर जमीन में बनेगा कॉम्प्लेक्स यूपी की पहली फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स के लिए आगरा के इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में 21500 वर्ग मीटर जमीन चुनी गई है। फाउंड्री नगर में बनने वाली इस बहुमंजिला इमारत में करीब 4 लाख वर्ग फीट कंस्ट्रक्शन एरिया होगा। इसमें ग्राउंड फ्लोर समेत कुल 4 मंजिल होंगी। प्रत्येक मंजिल में एक लाख वर्ग फीट कंस्ट्रक्शन एरिया होगा। इसमें 9 लिफ्ट लगाई जाएंगी। इस फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स में 200 उद्यमी अपनी इकाई लगा सकेंगे। पूरी तरह इको फ्रेंडली होगा फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स इसमें फायर सेफ्टी का पूरा इंतजाम किया जाएगा। यह फैक्ट्री पूरी तरह से इको फ्रेंडली होगी। इसके साथ ही तीन मेगावाट का सब स्टेशन, जल संचयन समेत कम पानी खपत के लिए यूरीनल बनाए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा सोलर एनर्जी की व्यवस्था भी रहेगी। एक ही स्थान में मिलेंगी तमाम सुविधायें उत्तर प्रदेश लघु उद्योग निगम लिमिटेड के उपाध्यक्ष राकेश गर्ग ने बताया कि आगरा में बनने जा रही फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स में उद्यमी आते ही अपना काम शुरू कर सकता है। यहां सिर्फ उसे अपनी मशीनरी लगाकर प्लग ऑन करना है, इसके साथ ही उनका उत्पादन शुरू जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि उद्यमियों को उद्योग स्थापित करने के लिए बड़े-बड़े प्लॉट की आवश्यकता होती है। उसके बाद प्रदूषण विभाग, बिजली कनेक्शन, समेत अन्य तमाम विभागों से अनुमति लेनी होती है। इसमें उद्यमियों को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है। बिना परेशानी और कम बजट में उद्यमी अपनी फैक्ट्री लगा सकें और उन्हें एक ही स्थान पर सभी सुविधायें मिल सके, इसके लिए यह प्रयास किया गया है। साथ ही बैंक ऋण व अन्य सभी सुविधाओं के साथ प्रदेश का पहला फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स आगरा में बनाया जा रहा है। गारमेंट इंडस्ट्री और नए स्टार्टअप को मिलेगी प्राथमिकता राकेश गर्ग ने बताया कि यह पूरा प्रोजेक्ट 125 करोड़ रुपए का है। उद्यमियों को वास्तविक लागत मूल्य पर फैक्ट्री की जगह उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। इस फ्लैटेड फैक्ट्री कॉम्प्लेक्स में व्हाइट कैटेगरी के उद्योग जैसे गारमेंट इंडस्ट्री समेत नए स्टार्टअप संचालकों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। इसके तहत यहां पर गारमेंट इंडस्ट्री को विकसित किया जाएगा। निर्माता और खरीदार दोनों के समय की होगी बचत इसको लेकर आगरा के गारमेंट्स उद्यमियों में भी उत्साह दिखाई दे रहा है। आगरा रेडीमेड गारमेंट्स संगठन के महासचिव अशोक माहेश्वरी ने कहा कि इस कॉम्प्लेक्स के बनने से निर्माता और खरीदार दोनों के समय की बचत होगी। इसमें आगरा आने वाले खरीदार सभी उद्यमियों के उत्पादों को एक ही स्थान पर देखकर ऑर्डर दे सकेगा। उसे हर फैक्ट्री में घूमना नहीं पड़ेगा।

गोरखपुर। लगातार बुलंदियों को छू रहे टेराकोटा शिल्प के उद्यम को वित्त पोषण में और सहूलियत मिलने जा रही है। टेराकोटा शिल्पियों के कारोबार को रफ्तार देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से किए गए वादे के अनुरूप पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक शिल्पियों के द्वार पहुंचा है। बैंक के अधिकारियों ने टेराकोटा शिल्पकारो से उनकी वित्तीय जरूरतों की जानकारी ली और बताया कि उन्हें अपनी कला को उद्योग के रूप में स्थापित करने के प्रदेश सरकार के प्रयास में वह भी हमकदम बन गया है। बैंक ने गोरखपुर के 5000 टेराकोटा शिल्पियों के लिए 25 करोड़ रुपये लोन वितरण का लक्ष्य रखा है। टेराकोटा गांव औरंगाबाद और गुलरिहा का भ्रमण किया पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक के अफसरों ने 5000 टेराकोटा शिल्पकारों को 25 करोड़ का लोन देने की प्रतिबद्धता जता चुका है बैंक गोरखपुर की विशिष्ट टेराकोटा मिट्टी शिल्प को योगी सरकार ने महत्वाकांक्षी एक जिला एक उत्पाद (ओडीओपी) योजना में शामिल कर प्रशिक्षण, निशुल्क यंत्र-उपकरण व अनुदानित लोन देकर इसे फर्श से अर्श तक पहुंचा दिया है। नायाब होने के बावजूद कभी टेराकोटा के उत्पादों को खरीदारों का टोटा था तो अब सरकार की तरफ से कराई गई ब्रांडिंग का यह जलवा है कि इस शिल्प के उत्पादों की डिमांड इतनी है कि शिल्पकारों के पास तीन से चार महीने के लिए एडवांस ऑर्डर रहता है। यही नहीं, इसके उत्पाद ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म से लेकर ग्लोबल मार्केट तक उपलब्ध हैं। सरकार के प्रयासों से टेराकोटा को जीआई (जियोग्राफिकल इंडिकेशन) टैग भी हासिल है। टेराकोटा मिट्टी शिल्प उद्यम के रूप में स्थापित हो चुका है। इसका कारोबार और बढ़े और बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को रोजगार मिल सके, इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ खुद दिलचस्पी लेते हैं। सीएम योगी के प्रयासों से जुड़ने की एक पहल पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक ने भी की है। कार्यकारी निदेशक रामजस यादव के नेतृत्व में गत 23 अगस्त को बैंक के अधिकारियों ने सीएम योगी से लखनऊ में मुलाकात कर टेराकोटा शिल्पकारों के लिए अपनी कार्ययोजना की जानकारी दी थी। बताया था कि बैंक उत्तर प्रदेश के सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम (एमएसएमई) विभाग के साथ मिलकर गोरखपुर के 5000 टेराकोटा शिल्पकारों को 25 करोड़ का लोन उपलब्ध कराएगा। इस वित्त पोषण से शिल्पी अपने उद्यम का आकार और विस्तारित कर सकेंगे। इसी कार्ययोजना के मुताबिक रविवार को बैंक के मुख्य प्रबंधक विनय कुमार ओझा के नेतृत्व में वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक शैलेंद्र प्रताप सिंह, वरिष्ठ शाखा प्रबंधक गोलघर गोरखपुर शाखा अरविंद कुमार मिश्र, शाखा प्रबंधक बशारतपुर गोरखपुर पंकज जायसवाल व शाखा प्रबंधक बस्ती संदीप यादव टेराकोटा के लिए मशहूर औरंगाबाद और गुलरिहा पहुंचे। उन्होंने भोला प्रसाद प्रजापति, रामफल, गुलाब चंद प्रजापति, गब्बू, लालचंद प्रजापति, हीरालाल प्रजापति, राजन प्रजापति, रविन्द्र प्रजापति से मुलाकात की। उनके हुनर को देखा, बाजार, उत्पादों की मांग और उनके टर्नओवर के बारे में जानकारी ली। बैंक अधिकारियों ने टेराकोटा शिल्पकारों को ओडीओपी के तहत सरकार की तरफ से मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की जानकारी दी। साथ ही बताया कि बैंक उन्हें त्वरित आधार पर सरलता से लोन देने के लिए तैयार बैठा है। लोन से वह अपने कारोबार को और रफ्तार दे सकते हैं। शिल्पकारो को डिजिटल पेमेंट सिस्टम और क्यूआर कोड के जरिये लेनदेन के बारे में बताया गया।

वाराणसी– मोदी-योगी की डबल इंजन सरकार काशी की जनता का हेल्थ, वेल्थ और बहुमूल्य समय तीनों बचा रही है। वाराणसी में सड़कों के जाल ने आम आदमी का सफर आसान कर दिया है। आधे पैसे और आधे समय में वे अपनी नियत स्थान तक पहुंच जा रहे हैं, जबकि रिंग रोड व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण के पहले इतनी ही दूरी तय करने में दोगुना समय और दोगुना ईंधन लग जाता था। इसके अलावा 4 पार्किंग भी ईंधन बचाने में सहायक साबित हो रही है। इसका सकारात्मक असर पर्यावरण पर भी देखने को मिल रहा है। – वाराणसी स्मार्ट सिटी के सर्वे रिपोर्ट से सामने आये तथ्य – वाराणसी में सड़कों के जाल ने आम आदमी का सफर किया आसान – रिंग रोड व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से आधे पैसे और आधे समय में तय हो रही दूरी – वाराणसी में बनी हैं 4 आधुनिक पार्किंग, बच रहा ईंधन और पर्यावरण वाराणसी स्मार्ट सिटी की रिपोर्ट वाराणसी के विकास ने आम नागरिक के जीवन को सरल कर दिया है। रिंग रोड और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण से सफर सुहाना लगने लगा है। वाराणसी स्मार्ट सिटी ने कई विभागों से समन्यव करके एक सर्वे के आधार पर डेटा जुटाया है, जिसमें पाया गया कि बाबतपुर एयरपोर्ट से अतुलानंद स्कूल की दूरी 18 किलोमीटर थी, जिसे तय करने में पहले 3 लीटर फ्यूल (डीजल) और 60 मिनट लगता था। अब 6 लेन सड़क बनने के बाद उसी दूरी को तय करने में आधा समय और आधा ईंधन लगता है। कम हुई दूरियां, बचने लगा ईंधन इसी प्रकार हरहुआ से चिरईगॉव की दूरी 20 किलोमीटर, समय 1 घंटा ईंधन 3.5 लीटर लगता था। अब वही दूरी आधे समय यानी 30 मिनट में और आधे से भी कम 1.5 लीटर ईंधन में दूरी तय की जा रही है। वहीं शहर से राजातालाब 35 किलोमीटर और 75 मिनट में तय होता था। इसमें 5 लीटर ईंधन लगता था। अब शहर से राजातालाब वाया रिंग रोड की दूरी लगभग आधी यानी 17 किलोमीटर हो गई है। जो 2 लीटर ईंधन में पूरी हो रही है। वाहनों के जहरीले धुएं में आयी कमी शहर के भीड़ भाड़ वाले इलाको में बने दो पहिया और 4 पहिया वाहनों के लिए चार आधुनिक पार्किंग भी लोगों की ट्रैवलिंग टाइम और ईंधन बचा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा गाड़ियों से निकलने वाले जहरीले धुएं से भी लोग बच रहे हैं। साथ ही पर्यावरण संरक्षण में भी मदद मिल रही है। आने वाले समय में रिंग रोड व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों का निर्माण और रोप वे के बन जाने से आम और ख़ास की सेहत के साथ पॉकेट पर भार तो कम होगा ही, समय भी बचेगा।

Lucknow – In a high-level meeting on Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to authorities to prepare a bio-energy policy, emphasising the need to promote bio-fuel production in the state- Prepare an action plan to set up biofuel plants in every district, says Yogi Prepare state’s new bio-energy policy in a time-bound manner with extensive consultation: CM Biofuel will help meet our energy needs and aid in generating additional income & employment: CM As per the vision of PM Modi, our efforts to promote bio-energy projects like Compressed Biogas, Biocol, Ethanol and Bio-Diesel have yielded positive results. Till now production has commenced in 02 units of Biocol while 01 unit of Compressed Biogas has been completed in the month of June. We have to develop the biomass supply chain for future needs. There is a need to promote the use of biofuels in the field of energy and transportation. Biomass pellets should be used in power generation plants. Concerted efforts are needed in this direction. Promoting biofuels will be helpful in reducing dependence on crude oil and promoting a cleaner environment. Biofuel will not only help in meeting our energy needs, but also help in generating additional income and employment. The use of biofuel will reduce carbon emissions. Today, the whole world is worried regarding this. In such a situation, Uttar Pradesh has an opportunity to present a model. A new bio-energy policy should be formulated to make Uttar Pradesh a leading state in this field full of immense potential. Efforts should be made to achieve the target of producing 500 tonnes of CBG per day of compressed gas in the next 5 years. In this way, we will be able to achieve the target of producing 1.5 lakh tonnes per annum. Similarly, the target of 2000-2000 tonnes per day for biocol, biodiesel and bioethanol should be worked out. All necessary support including easy availability of land, and capital subsidy will be provided to the investing companies in this sector. The industry must be consulted while formulating a new bio-energy policy. Understand the needs of the investing entities/companies. Taking the opinion of all the parties, a new policy should be prepared after comprehensive consultation. We will have to make special efforts for a permanent solution to the environmental challenges arising from stubble burning. This issue should be taken care of in the new policy. Planned efforts should be made to establish a minimum of 01 biofuel unit in all 75 districts. This work should be done with priority. In the next phase, it should be extended to every tehsil. Vacant land in village society/revenue land/sugar mill premises should be used for setting up bio-fuel plants and for storage of biomass.

UP heads towards solar energy revolution, aims to generate 22,000 MW of solar power in 5 years

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanathji reviewed the energy requirements of the state at a high level meeting on Sunday, emphasising on the need to promote solar power projects. The Chief Minister has given clear instructions to the concerned authorities to prepare a new solar energy policy. Prepare a new solar energy policy after extensive consultations with stakeholders: CM Yogi Need to work on mission mode for installation of rooftop solar plants: CM Train prisoners in jails to make solar panels, LED bulbs: CM Commitment to environmental protection and promotion of non-conventional energy alternatives is necessary to meet the growing energy needs. Solar energy is a very useful medium from this point of view. Although efforts have been made in this direction in the last few years, we need to have more planned efforts and accelerate it to achieve the goal of self-reliance in the energy sector. Concerted efforts are required to encourage solar power generation in the state. We have to minimise our dependence on conventional energy options. Therefore, a new solar energy policy should be prepared keeping in view the future needs. Our target should be to generate 22,000 MW of solar power in the next five years. Under the guidance of the respected Prime Minister, the Uttar Pradesh government is working on an important plan to develop Ayodhya as a ‘Model Solar City’. This project will set benchmarks for other cities. All necessary efforts in this regard should be made in a time bound manner. A conducive environment for private sector investment in the field of solar energy generation and storage will have to be provided. Single window system may be introduced for timely completion of projects. All necessary support, including easy availability of land and capital subsidy will be provided for the investing companies in solar energy sector. While framing a new solar energy policy, do consult the industry. Understand the needs of the investing entities/companies. Take the opinion of all the parties and prepare the new policy after extensive consultation. Public awareness has to be increased to promote installation of solar power plants on the roof of buildings. In this regard, a solar cell should be constituted in the districts under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer. Registration of all solar projects should be made mandatory. People should be encouraged to install rooftop solar power plants in all government, residential, public sector and private commercial buildings as well as educational institutions. Solar plant should also be installed on the water body. These should be linked to the net billing/net metering system as per the requirement. Prisoners should be given training to make solar energy equipment. They should be trained to make solar power panels, LED bulbs etc. It will be useful to encourage MSMEs and Startups to adopt and implement Solar Rooftop Model.

उत्तर प्रदेश में लोक कलाओं और कलाकारों को सहेजने का प्रयास

आगरा। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ विलुप्त होती लोक कलाओं को लेकर बेहद संजीदा है। शहर, गांव से लेकर मोहल्लों में ढेरों प्रतिभाएं हैं, लेकिन उनके अंदर विभिन्न कला से संबंधित प्रतिभा बिना प्रोत्साहन और मंच के आगे नहीं बढ़ पाती है। सरकार ने प्रदेश भर के सभी जिलों में से ऐसे ही पारम्परिक हुनरमंद युवाओं को मौका देने के लिए एक बड़ी पहल की है। आगरा में 18 विधाओं से जुड़े कलाकारों की तलाश शुरु हो गई है। इन कलाकारों को आगे बढ़ने के लिए मौका मिलेगा और प्रोत्साहन भी मिलेगा। यह 18 विधाएं देश की संस्कृति से जुड़ी हुई है जो सदियों से भारतीयों की आत्मा भी कही जाती हैं। – सरकार ने प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में पारंपरिक युवा कलाकारों को खोज निकालने का लिया निर्णय – दर्जनभर से अधिक विधाओं से जुड़े कलाकारों की हो रही तलाश – 15 से 29 वर्ष तक के कलाकारों को मिलेगी प्राथमिकता -कलाकारों की तलाश में जुटा जिला युवा कल्याण विभाग – विलुप्त होती लोक कलाओं को लेकर बेहद संजीदा हैं मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ युवा कल्याण विभाग देगा मंच जिला युवा कल्याण विभाग द्वारा 18 विधाओं में से किसी भी एक विधा में पारंगत या हुनरमंद युवाओं की तलाश शुरू कर दी है। इसके लिए गांव और शहरों में युवा कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारी और प्रतिनिधि कार्य कर रहे हैं। प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायतों में भी हुनरमंद युवाओं की तलाश के लिए संदेश भेजा जा रहा है। ग्राम प्रधान व सचिव के माध्यम से हुनरमंद युवाओं की पहचान हो रही है। जिन युवाओं की पहचान होगी उनके हुनर को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए युवा कल्याण विभाग एक मंच भी प्रदान करेगा और उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करके आगे बढ़ाएगा। इन युवा कलाकारों को खोजने की जिम्मेदारी जिला युवा कल्याण विभाग को दी गई है। हुनरमंद युवाओं की तलाश जिला युवा कल्याण अधिकारी जयपाल सिंह सागर ने बताया कि सरकार पारम्परिक लोक कलाओं को सहेजने से पूर्व उसे जीवित रखने वाले कलाकारों को मंच देने की तैयारी में है। इसके लिए युवाओं की तलाश, उनकी पहचान गांव और शहर हर जगह की जा रही है। युवा कल्याण विभाग जिन 18 विधाओं में हुनरमंद युवाओं की तलाश कर रही है उसमें लोक नृत्य, लोकगीत, एकांकी और भारतीय क्लासिकल वोकल भी शामिल है। इसके अलावा कर्नाटक वोकल, सितार वादन, बांसुरी वादन, तबला वादन में पारंगत युवाओं को भी मौका दिया जाएगा। वीणा वादन, मृदंग, हारमोनियम, लाइट, गिटार वादन करने वाले युवा भी इस तलाश में शामिल है। जबकि मणिपुरी नृत्य, ओडिसी नृत्य, भरतनाट्यम नृत्य, कत्थक नृत्य, कुचिपुड़ी नृत्य, एक्सटेम्पोर की विधा में पारंगत युवाओं को बड़े स्तर पर ले जाने में सहयोग और मंच युवा कल्याण विभाग प्रदान करेगा। ऑनलाइन साझा की जानकारी उन्होंने बताया कि लोक कलाकारों को पोर्टल के माध्यम से सूचीबद्ध भी किया जा रहा है। जिले भर से बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं ने विभाग के पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन अपनी जानकारी साझा की है। इसमें 15-29 वर्ष तक के कलाकारों को आमंत्रित किया गया है।
